Paul started washing cars for his dad at Sliman's Chrysler Dodge Plymouth at age nine. He has worked in every department throughout his career, and when he was sixteen, began selling cars. Paul became partners with his father in 1990. Paul has been married to his wife Wendy for 28 years and has two daughters. When he's not at the dealership, Paul spends his time hunting, trapping, and attending his kid's sporting events.

Jim has been at Sliman's for ten years and worked with the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram franchise for twenty-five years. He lives in Huron with his wife and two wonderful daughters. Jim loves spending time with family- going to Cedar Point, road trips, and enjoying his lake town. Jim is an avid Jimmy Buffett fan.

When he's not at home, he's more than likely at the drag strip. Norwalk Raceway Park has been like a second home his whole life.
