The 2022 Dodge Challenger is set to offer a range of different engine options that should appeal to a wide variety of drivers. The base model will come with a 3.6L V6 gas-fed motor that makes up to 305 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. For those who want a little more power, there will also be an available 5.7-liter V8 engine that produces 375 jHP and 410 pound-feet of performance torque. And for those who want the most power possible, the Challenger will also be offered with a 6.2-liter V8 engine that produces 717 HP and 650 pound-feet of torque.
When it comes to performance, the Challenger should be able to hold its own against some of the best sports cars on the market. The base model will come with a six-speed manual transmission, but an eight-speed automatic will also be available. All-wheel drive will be an available option on all models.
